Icons: All white icons for OSX
Tweaks: cdock, liteicon, bartender, ubersicht
I used cdock to remove the dock background and add blank spacers to seperate the icons. Bottom icons reveal menus to my folders and recent documents, which is another feature of cdock. To blend the menubar into the wallpaper, I used the time tested technique of photoshopping a gradient onto the wallpaper itself. This creates a quality of having all of the white icons and text float in front of the wallpaper image.
The rest of my apps are in the launchpad, accessible through a hotcorner (thanks Aargh-a-Knot for the idea)
